I write for a lot of corporate /small business blogs, and I always aim for 80% perfect. It’s the Pareto principle of 20% of effort gets you to 80% of the results. It’s a better use of mine, and the client’s time. The other aspect here is that “what it perfect” is so nebulous, that it’s pointless aiming for that anyway. My 80% may be someone else’s 95% or 65% —my 100% is going to be someone else’s 30%.

It’s ultimately pointless trying to get work to where you think it is absolutely pristine, spotless, and cannot be bettered. It’s wiser to say “Is this good enough, does it speak to the right audience, does it get the message across, does it represent my client well?” Answer those with a positive, and you’re almost all the way there.
